Terrible annoying noise.
I purchased Honda Amaze on May 7, 2019. Although the car is pretty impressive, I would still give 1 star due to the manufacturing defect with Glovebox. Regret on decision made to purchase Honda Amaze
I Purchased Honda Amaze petrol Top end Car from magnum Honda Bangalore in January. It was against the opinion of my friends who recommended going for Maruti Dzire or any other popular brands. Clutch worn out In this car
It is very sad that I have bought the Honda Amaze 1.2 petrol in the year 2016 and it's completed just 23000 KM but today my clutch plate is worn out. So disappointed with Honda car parts and quality. I never suggested people should go with Honda. After all, on Indian roads, Maruti is the only brand we can rely on upon.

Buzzing Noise From A/C Compressor.
After a 500km ride of the new Amaze 2019 VX ID-Tech, I get a loud humming noise from the A/c compressor and the company says it's a default noise. After getting the highest variant in the model we need to ride with an annoying buzzing noise. Very bad from Honda.

Power and Performance
Accelerate shows no response when the car gets slow and minimum 2 seconds missing occurred in meanwhile car get a stop or need to hold clutch. Secondly, acceleration power is not enough and feel no power even after full acceleration.

DIESEL CVT review. Better go for Dzire AMT
I opted for diesel automatic as I drive in the city more (1-2 long trip to native village/year). Cost cutting is most evident in Amaze. The suspension is worst. CVT seems to be confused if you keep the speed varying from 35-40km/hr. Also going above 100 gives more noise than power so need to be careful on highways.

Worst Car Honda Amaze is the worst ever car in the compact Sedan Segment. Guys, I'm not sure how would someone rate the car 4 out of 5 whereas U don't have an option to choose 0 here. Defective / Faulty Car,Be aware Dont Buy
This car has lots of problems but the major one is that this car vibrates heavily when in reverse gear and that is a major turnoff. Car's pickup is also very very dull , feels like a 3-4 years old diesel engine and it won't improve even after a while. Noisy suspension, loose AC grill and glovebox. Completed approx 2000km on amaze 2018 smt petrol variant.cons: 1.Vibration on reverse gear 2.pick up is low/sluggish 3.comfort level not so good Rest lookwise,music system/sound quality,gear shifting,braking,fuel economy(14-15kml currently i got in hilly area) its satisfactory to me.

Read this before purchasing Honda Amaze
After 7 years of using Dzire, I bought this for my wife but it's no where near Dzire. 1. City Milage is 8~10 which she used to get 12~14 with Dzire. 2. There is no intruder alarm. 3. Bought Honda Amaze (diesel) E-idtec in Spetember 2013. Driving average 10,000 KMs/year. So far it has run 38500 kms only. Brake pad replacement required within 20,000 kms and again replaced at 38,500 kms. It is such a big disappointment to go for this product. I have clutch and brake complaint every 10K Kms. Do not go for Honda assurance. It is of no use. They put heavy service charges on customer from second service onwards. Honda assurance is of no use as it is not going to cover anything that the car actually has complaint with.
