Nexa has been created by Maruti with an aim to provide an excellent buying experience for car buyers. I was amazed after visiting the showroom on the car delivery date. While my car was getting ready for the delivery I was exploring various accessories offering by Nexa. All were displayed nicely, I took a demonstration of few. Frontline executives and managers are nicely attired. The whole delivery process is like a storyline designed for you. Series of events happened one by one like a demonstration of car, then a little discussion on accessories I may wish to add, then putting my car into a delivery bay where they arrange a cake cutting ceremony, small gifts, etc. and then everything on camera. You are being captured and displayed live in the showroom. Then they give you fuel coupon to buy your first fuel while leaving the showroom. Finally just to mention that I really love the concept of not putting that flimsy ribbons In your new car bonnet and door handles. that look cheap. Last week I have done the second free service. Let me tell you, the entire servicing experience at Maruti has now changed completely. Its like fully automated, you get all updates in your phone via SMS, e.g., your car is opened by service engineer, the car will be delivered by so and so time, etc. and you will be enjoying premium lounge experience while your car gets serviced. I never thought Maruti will excel so rapidly and will render such top of the line service delivery experience. Anyway till the time everything is just excellent.get
