    Pathetic mileage.
    Not happy with the car especially the mileage is very low.

    Not a great build.
    The body is not solid it's like a TIN box, safety comes from chassis not body. Chassis wise Ciaz is made from the latest technology and is well built. The body is intentionally made with very lightweight materials to reduce weight so that mileage can be increased.

    Promise not kept !!
    First of all petrol mileage is nowhere near what was promised!! Despite talk claims of smart hybrid. Looks cosmetic with no real value addition. Infotainment is a disaster on 2 accounts 1) They sold a chip for 10k which is supposed to be a GPS along with car. It is totally useless. We can enter only the addresses stored therein. You can't enter any...

    Maruti Ciaz has not good services
    I had the worst experience with Maruti Ciaz in my life. In one year I have taken my car to the service centre five times for mileage and suspension issue still, it is not relsoved. I am getting 11.5/ km.

    Built quality is bad
    Little engine lag at low rpm and front suspension is little over smooth that even at 10-15 speed bottom of the car touch's speed brakes and potholes, next build quality of the car is underrated. headlights are short range not for high way and everything is good about its mileage etc.

    Bought Ciaz hybrid from Dwarka sec- 9 MAgic auto
    In term of mileage Car is good , performance is OK , but NEXA accessories sucks in all terms , they installed Windows curtain for free , resulted the plastic on which they had installed screws ripped off, the spoiler as rear just came out one day, complained them told them to fix it , this Case is under consideration from last 3 months, since I bou...
