I had purchased a grand vitara 2024. After a weak leave when I started my AC was very slow when saw it was rat inside. I took it to the service where they put a rat mesh for Rs.211/- but they charged Rs.4000/- for its fixing and cleaning etc. The company might have provided the rat mesh during assembly but they had knowingly provided a cut hole for rat entry. Moreover the service centre doesn't attend in time..so I am really fed up with this issue.. We dont want crash proof, bullet proof but a rat proof car ..because if rat enters and cut your wire and it sparks may catch fire etc..I never recommend anyone to purchase this car..
