Bad Performance And Customer Service.
We have bought Kia Seltos in March starting so there was an error showing some tire pressure problem in one of the tires. We asked the showroom people to see to it. Servicing Is Too Bad.
Servicing people they are not concern about customer requirement. They took 15 days time to repair small denting still they didn't and they resist replacing the damaged parts rather than Insurence company. The suspension is like traveling in a tractor, and the used material is very thin on top This is my one-month experience.

Really Bad Experience With Kia
Really bad experience with Kia car, service cot Is too expensive recently rat-bite my car fuel pipe, I sent the vehicle for the service center, I shocked well I see the bill, they charge 5100rs for change the fuel pipe, 2800rs for pipe and labor charges is 2300rs this foreign company or looting us.

Terrible After Sale Service.
I have given my Kia Seltos vehicle for repairs and service in Gatchibowli service center, Hyderabad on 20th October 2020. They delivered the vehicle after 10 days with partial work done. Pathetic Experience.
I review a car basis customer experience too. Walked into the Kia showroom only to see the below. No Diwali lights. No welcome within the first minute of walking in. Excellent City Car.
Kia Seltos HTX has brilliant mileage. Average of 15 kmpl with 50 percentage traffic. Looks are best in any segment. HTX is the most value for the money. It has a very good built quality. Power is reasonable. Service is good.

Excellent After Sales Service
I bought Seltos in Nov 2019 from Frontier Kia Safdarjung. My 2nd service was due in May. They have automatically extended the validity of Service. Moreover, their Workshop in Okhla used to follow up vigorously for the service. They sent a person for pick and drop off the car for the Service. Best In This Segment
I am the owner of the plus petrol and very much satisfied with the car. If you want to drive decently. It's the best option in this segment and overall experience with the car service and maintenance is good. I think its HTK plus petrol is the best value for money and under 13 lakh budget as compared to Creta.

Great Mid Size SUV Under 18 Lacks
I have 1.4 Turbocharged petrol GTK variant which produces 138 BHP and 242 NM of Torque. PERFORMANCE AND MILEAGE:- Performance is mindbogglingly awesome. Hard acceleration makes you pin hard to the seat. But if you drive like that you will get mileage around 6-8 km. Very poor car main to fas gaya hu lekar please ab koi na fase isliye main bol rha hu. Very poor service untrained staff meri gaadi 8 days se service center me khadi hai but koi abhi tak ye nhi bata pa raha hai ki gaadi me problem kya hai. I'm very disappointed.

Just got the delivery of the vehicle days before lockdown due to COVID-19. Did not have many opportunities to drive for long distances, however, managed to drive about 85 km within the city. New Game Changer Car
Best car ... I had to call roadside assistance for jump start once the car did not start. On 2nd March car didn't start again had to call roadside assistance again. Amazing car
I think it is a very good car in this segment. It also comes with bs6 which is also a very great feature. Also, its price is very good according to its features. Kia seltos is a very good car in the segment. Best Work On Seltos
The features in the segment, spacious and the only car offering DCT in the SUV segment (at this price range). Overall one of the best choice in 20L price range segment.
