Hyundai i20 has a great infrastructure of its showrooms with a supportive sales executive. Unlike Baleno, you won't get super premium experience but it is quite acceptable. Pros: 1.) Hyundai i20 elite as the name reflects it obviously provides the elite experience. In the hatchback segment, this car really provides great space inside the car. The leg room at the back seat is really comfortable, it can accommodate a 6 feet guy without an issue. Trunk space is quite good as well, it can easily be loaded with 2-3 luggage bags. I bought the Hyundai i20 Sportz on Dec 18, It is the best car in the premium hatchback class. Great look and easily surpasses rivals in looks and performance. I get a mileage of 14 KMPL in city and 16 on highways. Excellent noise isolation, once the doors are closed you will hear nothing even from engine. Hyundai Elite i20 is the strong flagship for Hyundai. Its strong points are the comfort, quality, safety and diesel engine performance. It is more punchy than the petrol engine and its 7'infotainment display is very nice. To the rear seat passenger, it gives A/C vents and USB charging ports. For safety, it has 6 airbags, ABS and EBD.

I have been using the Hyundai i20 sports model since the Dec'2015. It's been 3 years and I am totally loving it. Pros- Beautiful interiors. Premium feel. Great ride quality. Cons- Driving seat is a bit low in height. Maybe legroom for rear seats could be improved.

I recently purchased the i20 elite. It is very smooth with the best features. The touch screen system is very good. It has the cooling system next to driver seat which is very useful in keeping the food very fresh while traveling. Its an ideal family car with affordable price. This is my 3rd i20 car. It might sound crazy, but yes that's true. I had been driving a 2009 i20 model which I sold off in 2017 and bought new i20 elite. Before that, I purchased i20 elite in 2015 and gifted to my wife. If you love driving above 120 kmph go for it. Do not worry about mileage it gives 15-16 in city and 17-17.5 while driving on 80-90kmph. A good thing is it gives mileage between 18-20 while driving on 120-130 kmph. Even mileage does not drop below 17 while driving on 130+ kmph which is amazing. Hyundai I 20 diesel performance like riding a rocket on a highway at 170 kmph, much smoother ride than Swift vdi , vdi vibrate on 140 kmph so build, look, diesel engine back seat Ac vents lot more worth than my old Maruti Swift.

The car is good in working. This car has comfortable seats. Mainly the design of the car is amazing. Good traveling Experience till now I didn't face any issue. But in my opinion, this is somewhat expensive. But as per working, it is awesome.
