I bought a Toyota Etios VD from Coimbatore via sales branch on july-13th. right from the beginning, the tyres were very poor in quality and got punctured very frequently. when contacted our sales branch, they told us to repair it ourselves. Though we were driving it only on the highways, the puncturing episode continued and one day both the front tyres got punctured and the vehicle skidded resulting in damage to alloy disc. again i contacted our sales manager and he told us to send the tyres back to him for good year inspection. the good year team, after 3 days inspected the tyre but didn't inform us anything, we just received a call from our sales branch that this is not covered under tyre warranty. but right from the beginning, the quality of good year tyres are very poor. they just seemed to be a pillow like, very soft in nature.
