Beware Thar, Jimny Is Coming!
Better looks than Thar. Don't know about features but Suzuki will not let us down. Thar is priced heavily because they are spending billions on marketing. Jimny looks practical to me if it comes with 5 doors. On the other hand, Thar is loaded with features but lacks daily uses practicality. Rear seats of Thar are not very comfortable. Ingress and egress is a touch job in Thar. So the makers of Jimny must be thinking of 5 doors and giving it a length of just less than 4 meters. Guys offroading is rare so India needs an offroader cum practical subcompact SUV so that can be used on a regular basis. Add basic features like airbags, music system, ac, seats with headrest, tough body, etc, and launch it in 7 lac to 10 lac pricing. Trust me this will eat up Thar. Jai Hind.
