Hyundai venue is a perfect search for those who are searching for a budget friendly compact SUV as well as a family car. The engine is very refined and perfomance is good enough. City mileage is not that great , it will give around 13-14kmpl in city and 18-20 kmpl on highways. Build quality is great , no issues in safety. Hyundai after sales service is very good. You can definitely go with it. Very good and practical car

One issue found in new venue car 2023-24. I asking to Venue car users, Kindly check your upper headlights.Healight is faulty and defective. The dust alongwith moisture becomes and ingressing inside lights. I have gone to Hyundai service centre & showrooms and checked to all new venue cars. The same issue is persist. Hyundai company is not serious about this issue. Overall performance of new venue car is excellent. Car pickup and comfort level is excellent. Engine is so refined and noiseless (inside & outside of car). Some issue with venue-S variant are for chrome work to be done outside as compared to KIA Sonet in same price.

It's a fantastic car overall with good mileage, very reasonable maintenance costs, and service charges that are also quite affordable.

Buying the car was simple and easy. Hyundai offers the best service be it before during or after sales. They are cordial and do not try to scheme the customers. The car is decent. I say decent because it does not have amazing performance or amazing features or amazing interiors but nothing is bad either. Performance is good which includes great traction and control at high speeds, mileage ranges between 18 and 12 depending on highway or city conditions. interiors have a lot of plastic but it still feels premium. Seats are comfortable and firm and give decent support. The advice is to get a good breathable seat cover. The pickup is not the best but there is never a problem in overtaking. The car was in a big accident due to the driver's fault and had toppled on one side but there was no structural damage. The things that were damaged were fixed or replaced by Hyundai. the job was well done but it took time. All 4 people were safe even though people at the back were not wearing seat belts. The airbag opened quickly and saved the driver and passenger.

The infotainment system, touted for its advanced features, has been unreliable and prone to glitches, causing frustration during my daily drives. On the road, the performance has been underwhelming, especially in terms of acceleration and overall power. The fuel efficiency, touted as a highlight, did not live up to expectations, making the running costs higher than anticipated. The rear-seat space is cramped, compromising the comfort of passengers, and the overall driving experience lacks the refinement one would expect from a modern SUV. Furthermore, dealing with Hyundai's customer service to address these issues has been a cumbersome process, with prolonged waiting times and a lack of satisfactory resolutions. Considering the competitive market, the Hyundai Venue falls short in delivering a satisfactory ownership experience, making me question the value proposition it offers in comparison to other options in the segment.

The vehicle seems to have few complaints, with most aspects being nearly perfect. Some find the front grill styling subjective, and the N-line's DPF filter regen warnings could be improved. The car's ability to climb slopes in 1st gear without acceleration is noted, but caution is advised with the third gear's strong pull in traffic. The engine's minimal sound inside the car and excellent sound insulation contribute to a refined driving experience. Mileage is reported at 14-16 kmpl in the city and 16.5-18.5 kmpl on the highway with mixed acceleration. The diesel engine can even achieve 25-28 kmpl on the highway with cruise control set at 80, and occasionally 50 kmpl under excellent conditions. Interiors are appreciated, resembling the last-gen Venue, and the AC is excellent, although the defogger is frequently needed in humid conditions. The reclinable back seats enhance comfort, but space may be limited for passengers taller than 5ft 8inch. Service costs are considered acceptable for a diesel car. Overall, the car is recommended for its engine performance, mileage, and comfort. The SX Diesel is highlighted as a value-for-money option in the Venue lineup, offering features like cruise control, R-16 Alloy wheels, and Puddle Lamp ORVMs compared to the SX Petrol. Other suggested options include the Kia Sonet Diesel with automatic transmission and ventilated seats and the XUV300 Diesel.
