Ertiga Smart Hybrid is one of the worst cars as Smart Hybrid used by Maruti Suzuki is not mature enough to incorporate. It is maturely in a few cars this is based on my personal experience with Ertiga Automatic SmartHybrid VXI 2019 model. From day one Smart Hybrid is an issue and till today it remains unresolved functionality. You never know when your car starts shaking and giving you noise. You never know when the whole system stops working and you have to change the battery within 3 years of purchase. It is scary when within 500 Km of continuous travel, suddenly your car starts to behave bizarrely as this is something that normal technicians avoid even touching. I guess Suzuki is not fully trained in its workforce on Smart Technology which is a costly and scary affair. Other than that, mileage is very poor as expected from the automatic model. The inner space is good though and the best part it looks awesome. Anyway, not a good purchase though.
