Affordable 7 seater car with good mileage and low maintenance cost . Performance is decent , good boot space for a 7 seater, suspension and comfort is good , no major issues using it for almost 4 yrs with 60000 kms but safety is the major concern. The build quality is like okayish.If is press the fender with thumb finger it bends.Overall good family car

If I talk about comfort ertiga is one the car which you provide comfortable seat and milege is also good.i like this car also very spacious because of 7 seats.

Purchased ZXI variant in 2020. Still now running is 40000km. In city the mileage is 12 to 14kmpl depending upon traffic conditions. On highway it is 19.2kmpl without AC and 18-18.5kmpl with AC. Compared to other manufacturers, it is equipped with very less features, neither android player is provided nor Cruise Control. It has only two air bags, and no safety features for other passengers. Maintenance cost is comparatively lower than other cars in this segment. Parts are also easily available in the market. The last row is also quiet comfortable for a person having 5.8" to 5.10" height (I have adjusted the seats accordingly and checked). Headlight and fog lamps need improvement, as now on highways others are using LEDs, HIDs. Seats are comfortable, and mid row is equipped with Air Conditioner. Suspension is also good making journey smooth. 15" Alloy tires are provided to this variant, which must have larger for better riding comfort. Overall : A good family car in budget with fuel economy, good comfort.
