Good Car and Well Featured
The exterior is contemporary, unlike earlier Suzuki models launched in the country. Interior (features, space & comfort) Only black interiors available. Beige or Tan would look better. Light colored seats absorb less heat while parked outside in hot summer days. Engine performance, fuel economy, and gearbox performance are OK. Though even after driving 500 km, the gear shift knob is a bit stiff. The average is 14.5 km/l in the city traffic. Ride Quality & Handling is excellent. No issues threading through heavy traffic & congested roads. I have driven ancient Ambassador, Santro, i20, Honda City and Amaze & owned Maruti 800, Chevy Aveo UVA and now Baleno. Baleno is as good as it can be with current technology and pricing. Final words, good value for money. Areas of improvement- Choice of light colored interiors, the flat roof at the rear. Smoother gear shift knob. Considering our roads, two more inches of ground clearance would be superb, but that's asking a lot for an already heavily in demand car.

- A Good Car For Budget BuyerOverall a good car for a middle class family who can afford 6-8lakh worth car. But safety is a major thumbs down, perfomance and fuel efficiency is decent enough for this size car. I claimed 23kmpl on highway and 17-18kmpl in city.
