Great Car With Risks Involved

I own HTK+ iMT Petrol. Pros: 1. Excellent drive comfort. Feels like floating. 2. Boot space & back seat can be converted as a bed to sleep for the family. 3. Four Disc Brakes system is superior. 4. Great looking vehicle that will turn heads around. 5. Ample features. 6. Excellent Performance: Whoever says it's underpowered hasn't driven this car in its right to condition. I drove on a hill with 7 adults and the car just breezed effortlessly. Cons: 1. Hard steering, not fun to drive although comfortable to drive. Taking a U-turn feels like operating gym equipment. 2. Low mileage: 10kmpl in city traffic and up to 15Kmpl in highway drive. Don't expect more out of this car. 3. KIA's service is not as great as Maruti's. They just do the job but not a great job. Getting a service appointment is a pain. 4. Parts availability is scarce. 5. Be wary of RSA Policy updation, RC book, and Periodic Services, post sales process needs a lot of follow-ups. 6. Brand Reliability is questionable. Unlike Maruti, KIA's customer service doesn't care much about its customers. Conclusion: Great looking car with so many ifs and buts. Think twice before you buy.
