They promise you a lot in the beginning, amazing discounts, accessories and a lot more. Once you've paid for the car, it is almost as if they do not know you. Incredible how a 'valued customer' turns into a pain for them.Firstly, Your car will not be delivered on time. You can be assured of month's delay from the promised date. They gave us in writing and failed. Secondly, their staff can get as rude as it gets. They start avoiding phone calls and blatantly lie about the status of the car. Thirdly, the amount you pay for the car is just to fool you. After the initial payment comes to the revelation that you need to pay off people at every step to get your car registered. Well, obviously this wasn't included in 'discounted price' Welcome to the world of Hyundai. Hope you avoid Mukesh Hyundai in Kolkata because you buy a car, not for the harassment. It has been over 40 days now, still haven't got my registered car.
