Dealer delivered defective vehicle to me. When I gave vehicle for ceramic coating they found repainted bonnet and defective rear door. They replaced both parts but vehicle shows AC UNAVIALABLE alarm. After second servicing also they failed to identify fault. I registered complain in district consumer forum. But It disturbed my mental and physical health. Finally I sold that vehicle to dealer. Total loss including Lawer fee was 4.5 lakh. MH14 KS3796 is vehicle registration number.

I bought an MG car with high anticipation and excitement, but the results have been traumatizing. The car's performance is okay, but the mileage is disturbingly low, ranging from 5 to 6 kilometres per litre. The speakers are also not up to par. Although I informed the service centres about my concerns, they failed to address the issues. The car is comfortable and visually appealing, but I guess that's not enough.

Smooth and fantastic, I really love to drive my car. The dealer and service staff are very friendly and always in touch. The special road experience of the car is awesome. The mileage it provides depends on your driving style. In this segment, I really prefer this car to buy.

I deeply regret my choice of purchasing the Astor ZS Super car, and I strongly discourage others from buying it. Despite claims of having a powerful engine, the car disappoints with sluggish acceleration and underwhelming performance. The fuel efficiency falls far below the promised numbers, averaging only 7-8 km in the city and 9 km on the highway. These figures are alarmingly low, especially considering the car's price range that is comparable to high-end brands like Mercedes, Audi, or BMW. Additionally, my experience with the Okhla Service Center has been highly dissatisfactory. The quality of service provided is subpar, and I constantly find myself having to chase the workshop assistants for updates or answers to my queries. To compound the issue, several services that I requested were either not included in the free service or required additional payment, information that was not communicated during the initial sale. Overall, I deeply regret my decision to purchase the Astor ZS Super. The car's lackluster engine performance, dismal fuel efficiency, and unsatisfactory service experience have proven to be a major mistake. I strongly advise prospective buyers to steer clear of this vehicle and explore other options that offer better value and customer support.  

I purchased this car in November 2022 and have driven it for 7500 kilometres. It excels in terms of comfort, features, and service cost. However, the main challenge lies with the engine, especially when driving in hilly areas. The maximum mileage achievable on the highway is approximately 15-16 km/l. The average engine performance and suboptimal mileage are notable drawbacks.  

I own an MG Astor Style MT 1.5 Naturally aspirated Petrol since May 2022 bought! The feature-rich car offers ultra comfort and safety! You feel confident driving this car. However, the following are the cons of the Car. 1. It's sluggish on the 2nd and 3rd gear drive. 2. It is not the car for the car enthusiast who wishes to accelerate and prefers sporty driving. It's meant for a leisurely and cool drive. 3. The mileage to is compromised a bit; however, looking into the built quality and safety aspects that it offers one can forego the mileage compromise. 4. The Service Centre in Chennai 'FPL' is not up to the mark. I had a dent or a scratch done after every service delivery. and, they never bothered as well.

Beautiful interiors, good for people who like to drive with a light foot. Feels really premium from both inside and outside. I own Sharp MT and I feel there is a slight lag in 2nd gear pickup, but have gotten used to it over time. The city mileage range from 7(bumper-to-bumper traffic) to -12(relaxed normal city traffic) and on highways, it's 15-16(with AC) and 17-18(without AC). Till now the service experience has been good. Would recommend it to people who are looking for a well-built car, safety, and a premium feel but not too enthusiastic drivers who want raw power.

I have been driving MG Astor since Dec 21. Few of the initial assessments that might help all: 1. So-called internet inside sucks. If you keep your vehicle parked for 2 to 3 days, the teak box goes into hibernation mode and wakes up only after 24 to 48 hours. Service Centre tried to fix the same, there are improvements but the issue still persists to some extent. 2. Navigation is supported by MY MAPS OF INDIA and not Google. It is not accurate at all. While you navigate to a place, it will show exorbitant time of travel which gradually gets aligned when you are close to the destination. 3. Engine zoom noise is quite loud when the vehicle is accelerated. 4. AI Robot is useless. You will not find it convenient to use and will find it irritating. Mine goes into hibernation mode quite often and wakes only the next day. The service centre has replaced it with a new one, but the issue persists. 5. Parking camera gets switched on when your vehicle is on the road at speed of below 10 km. This leads to navigation going off till you accelerate, the chance is to miss the routes. That has happened quite often with me. 6. A few times the vehicle does not move even you accelerate all of a sudden when you are on move. This I have encountered a few times recently. 7. Twice I faced a momentary EPS error that lasted for a minute. 8. Looks are good, interiors are superb. 9. Service support has been managed and extended very well. I had a good experience.
