Premium Car In This Budget

I bought the Ford Ecosport trend 1.5ltr petrol version white colour in January 2019. Now it is almost 2 months I bought this car. My experience was fine until I came back from my first trip to Uttrakhand with this new car when I started my car next morning the gearbox just got stuck when the car starts in off mode it was working fine. Then I called road assistance team of Ford after the showroom(Delhi Ford okhala) asked me to call them. It was a bad experience when my new car was towed to the nearest service centre(pawa Ford) Faridabad, it was just 10 days after I bought this new car. On next day they asked me to come and inform that the gear box was opened and got repaired for some air got stuck in gear box. But I was not satisfied and asked the Ford India to change my new car or else return my full amount and same to the Delhi Ford showroom. Ford India gave me assurance that the car is fine now and they have resolved the gear box problem and I should drive it with full confidence. In between my front mirror of the car got to break. The Ford India has replaced a new mirror without any charge. Now the car is running fine. Ford Ecosport has some stiffness in its gearbox as I test drove other cars in the service centre to be satisfied. Overall, the car is good, in two months the average the car shows are 11.5km/litre. Now my first service is due as it ran 2500 km in which 1000 km is on the highway and rest in delhi ncr. The car steering is very good and smoother than other same segment car as I have driven my friend's Vitara Brezza. The rear seating of the car is small but the front seat has good room for seating. The car has some premium features which are impressive. In last I would say you can go for this car if your budget is from 9lac to 12lac. When i purchased this car the Tata Nexon was in limelight but I am happy that I have not purchased Nexon. I will give this car 8 out of 10 from my experience of 2 months of driving. Thanks.
