I bought BMW X1 in 2016, used only for office commuting, still the sunroof starting rattling after one year. When this was brought to notice of dealer, he said it is a big sunroof and nothing can be done for it. Battery conked off with 3 years of use, 50,000 rupees for a new battery. Sunroof shade starting sagging after 3.5 years need replacement, 39000 rupees. The rubber mat in the glove compartment has curled. The NVM of the car leaves much to be desired. I think BMW has made a cheap car with poor quality control, especially for India to get more customers. I still regret not buying Volvo XC 40 in place of X1.
