I bought the Chevrolet Cruze 1 year back. I was a little bit confused with the budget but my parents/relatives insist me for this car and I am damn happy now with the performance of this car. You will really get shocked when you see the pick-up of this car and interiors like you sit in a cockpit. Also, it's a rumour that Cruze's maintenance is very high but believe me guys, It's not. When we talk about the exterior of this car, It gives you a spotlight when you go somewhere. I would also recommend to all for LTZ variant as there is no major difference between variants and LTZ is the top model. As far as concern, car service cost, it's around 6-7k per service on 10k km or 6 months (Which ever comes first) so I don't think that If you are able to buy this fantastic car then it's not a big deal. My final conclusion is that if you are thinking about comfort, look & speed, you must go for it. Go for it guys. 100% recommended.   

I purchased Cruze in Oct 2011. What they project and what is actual has much difference. I am a smooth driver which drives maximum time in local. I found smooth running in 5 years but in Aug 2016 62000 Km I gave it for servicing in Shiva Motors Ghaziabad and they replace my timing chain Clutch oil gear oil etc etc cost of service 52000 then after 2 days i found Milometer not showing and dicky is not opening without key i think in dicky there must be some setting fault and bulb of milometer may be fuse so i will do in time. In Oct last I went to service station and asked about these two problemss for milometer representative told me full dashboard meter will be replaced and its cost 12000 approx for dicky he said min lock will replace its cost is 8000 and if thereafter any problem some Unit will be replaced it's cost 36000 and these three parts need to replace for smooth running.. I asked I am also feeling tightness is gear shifting he said need to overhaul clutch minimum cost 40000 if flywheel required 80000 and the company is saying low maintenance car. Min 200000 Required even my smooth driving already maintained 800 then wagon R then Hyundai Accent having one more Honda Amaze. No extra expenses but to maintain this car you have to be like keeping an elephant or what I feel in Chevrolet there is one system like you admit your patient in big hospital they will keep them in ICU then Vandillator then Heart problem then dialysis then endoscopy all day by day treatment after finising mediclaim limit deathbody to family member. In my opinion either maintenance cost of the vehicle is really costly or their Service centers are not genuine. Due to this I think this car is not WORTHWHILE ITS MY OPINION. One more thing I found in their service station in 30 years of Using the car and I used ambassador to Cruze I tried 3 Workshops one in Vasant Kunj One in Dilshad Garden and Shiva Motors there after sale service is IIIrd class. No proper service no proper working no proper cleaning and in the first year I filed complaints to some higher level also but found stereo type reply we will be careful in future. No after effect no followup after one call file close. Even I gave this car in Globus Sahadra for denting painting and after 3-4 month paint gets swallow, I went in the body shop and complained I got a message sir insurance wale ho na agla claim ayega to usme cover kar denge.. then I never went their. So I feel in nutshell it's a costly car with high maintenance cost which a normal person cannot afford and being their workshops are in the hand of poor quality people customer have to pay for this also. I never spent this much amount in my other 5 Cars in total that much I need to pay for this service So PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING CHEVORLET CRUZE  

I think if we want to purchase a new car, post-sale service review for that company should be taken into consideration. Post sale service of Chevrolet is very expensive and pathetic condition. You can buy any Chevrolet product but make sure in case of fault or repair it will take months. Look and Style: Superb and best-looking car in the segment, unbeatable. Comfort: Totally comfortable and smooth. Pickup: The Cruze is like a rocket with a powerful engine. Mileage: Just ok, needs to be improved. Best Features: Its speed and indications in meter regarding different things. Needs to improve: Mileage Overall Experience: Loved it since the day I bought it, It's a complete package of everything. Simply in this segment comparing with Corolla & Elantra, this car is much much superior to those in terms of looks, power, space and comfort. Though Service rates are bit high but overall it's a complete value for money.

 Firstly I would like to stress on the prequel episode before opting for a Chevy Cruze. After driving the Honda City for 5 years, in pursuit of upgradations, I made a comprehensive recce for two months whereby I scanned every car in the range of 12-18 Lacs. Of course, this meant both the sedans and the SUV category. I had almost finalised the Toyota Corolla GL version (Diesel) when I had to go on a tour to Punjab where one of my dealers suggested me to have a look at the Cruze. The very first look fascinated me and I was treated as a bomb of an engine with superb pick up when I took the test drive. The seating comfort with an impressive dashboard plus numerous features at an economical price and coupled with my above experience immediately tilted me in making a choice in favour of Cruze. Was apprehensive regarding the after sales service as has been the feedback, so went for 3 years CPRS scheme. Mileage: The mileage is okay about 12 -13 kmpl in the city and about 17 kmpl on the highway. Have already clocked 4000 km and enjoying every bit of it. Best Feature: The kids are loving the sunroof and the moonroof plus its seating comfort and luxurious interiors, are all amazing. Needs to improve: The music system definitely needs improvement. I had gone for an upgraded music system offered by Chevy accessory which included the Bluetooth and reverse camera also. The inbuilt navigation system is slow in responding but manageable. Overall experience: The overall experience has been overwhelming and if Chevy can couple it with a great after sales service experience, I would go ahead in recommending this car to every potential buyer. This is a great value for money and so many features at an economical price.
