పోలో broke down on very first day

My Polo broke down on very first day while driving home. Everybody were waiting for the car at home and I even could not drove it to home. Issue was petrol filter was faulty, that I got to know from mechanic who fixed the car, but neither manager or supervisor agreed to that. They said there was software issue with the car. Since I got faulty car, now I am chessing them for the extended waranty but nobody is replying me or picking up my phone. It is very frustrating. Conformwise car is ok, but service and customer care is wrost.
