Nice car but a poor service provider

One will definitely feel proud to own a SUV like Renault Duster, but all your dreams will be shattered as you send your vehicle to their service station. I think this is the poorest service provider of any auto mobile company. I own a Duster Adventure model purchase from Unnati Motors, Nagpur M.S. I send my vehicle for a second free service but to my surprise it was not properly done not even washed they also charged me for a reverse sensor which was working perfectly when I gave for servicing and it is covered in warranty also. It is really depressing.
