Better Say No To The Environmental Friendly Car
We were among the first buyers 3 years back, despite the high cost of ownership. From the first week onwards, the car is anything but trouble, which is not a surprise for an indigenous car in India. Worst has been the service. Difficult to get hold of anyone when you need help on the road. Persistently repeating problems with the steering, battery, electronics system, the clutch, mileage. Now just a few days after 3 years, the car has been going into safe mode since a week and there is no roadside assistance or warranty. The dealers can't make sense of what is happening most of the time M&M call centre probably the most pathetic service in India. The trouble is not the car but the company & its dealers. Best advice after suffering for 3 years - Do not buy this white Elephant.

I am using the e2o for last 15 months. Ladt month, water started entering the car in rains. The dealer in goa has changed the floor boards, replaced rubber sealants of all doors, yet water enters.
Even I strongly advise not to go with this car. I'm also exp the same issue. Not even 6 months completely already twice i have faced the battery issue. Till now with full battery charge i'm not even able to commute 50 Kms. 1. Once Battery was about to die around 8:30 PM called to road Assistance, an IVR played will get back till today no one has called. 2. called to 3 times call centre to inform regarding the battery, finally call got escalated to manager.
