Lovely Experience
I've been using Innova Crysta for the last 5 years, since then it has been a lovely experience for me but still, I can't give it full 5 stars. The comfort is amazing but still has some issues, that ground clearance is very low, and every single time I have to drive it in a zig-zag to save it from speed bumps. Good For The Family Purpose
This is a superb car, it offers brilliant comfort and performance but somewhere lacks in features. The car is most preferably a family car. Not that worth it when it comes to a single person's use. Comfortable Car

Royal Feeling
The best vehicle for those want a royal feeling in a vehicle. The only thing that lacks is its less technology, when compared to other vehicles in this price range. Toyota must focus on at least a few more features like ventilated seats, sunroof (although a small one), more features in the infotainment system, etc.

The Seat Colors Were Wrong
Purchased new Innova Crysta. But the seat colors were wrong. Supplied Hazel Brown instead of Camel Tan. The steering wheel is in tilted condition while driving, and we are surprised to note what kind of quality checks they made. Suspension is too hard and not like the old Innova cars. Good Performance
Performance-wise good in MUV segment but no comfort in the 3rd-row seat. Good service network but no proper upgrade to this vehicle by time. Overall, a good family car.
