How electronic start stop works in TUV300 T10 varient?

There is a switch for ESS(Electric Start/Stop) in TUV. When it is turned on then it will switch off the car engine when the vehicle is stopped at the signal in neutral gear. It will start the ignition when the clutch is pressed in order to move the vehicle. This way it increases fuel efficiency.

As per the current guidelines, the petrol cars are valid for a tenure of 15 years while the diesel cars can be continued for 10 years in the Delhi-NCR region.
