The ARAI claimed mileage of Xcent petrol is 20.14 kmpl , and that of diesel is 20.14 kmpl . In the sub-4 metre sedan space, the Aspire is among our favourites. If the slightly cramped cabin doesn’t bother you and you’d rather have additional airbags over daytime running lamps, this is the one to get. This base variant comes with an engine putting out 94.89bhp@6500rpm and 120Nm@4250rpm of max power and max torque respectively. The gasoline motor comes mated to 5 Speed Manual transmission which is quite a joy to use. Ford claims an average of 19.4kmpl for this mid-Titanium Plus variant. whereas The Xcent, unlike its hatchback sibling doesn't enjoy an upper hand over the competition but is still a well-rounded package. With such a tempting price tag though, it looks like Hyundai has another winner on its hands. This base variant comes with an engine putting out 81.86bhp@6000rpm and 113.75nm@4000rpm of max power and max torque respectively. The gasoline motor comes mated to 5 Speed Manual transmission which is quite a joy to use. Hyundai claims an average of 20.1kmpl for this mid 1.2 VTVT SX variant.
