Ground clearance seems to be too low కోసం indian roads. Shouldn't it be above 165mm?

Skoda Rapid's 116 ground clearance is pretty decent for it. It is laden ground clearance measured with a full weight loaded car. Generally, the difference between laden and unladen ground clearance is around 30-50mm(according to the suspensions).
