Does Skoda Rapid's fuel injector issue still continues to or its reformed? Does it happens to petrol variants too?

Skoda Rapid is available with a choice of two engines - a 1.5-litre TDI diesel and a 1.6-litre MPI petrol engine. The petrol engine is one of the most reliable engines from Skoda and the four-cylinder engine feels well suited for the size and bulk of the Rapid and performs effectively with almost no signs of power lag. The diesel unit, on the other hand, has a fun to drive nature though it comes with a tad tighter clutch which would cause a little inconvenience while in the traffic jams. Other than that, both engine performs exceptionally well and has no issues.

It's a cancerous dicese in Skoda rapid which never get resolved once you get it repaired there is no warranty that injectors will run smoothly. When you get them replaced that will cost you anything about 1.5lakh but that's too is not worth as you have to visit service station multiple times for the reason one and another.
