The Mercedes-Benz C-Class offers a variety of engines: the first two variants of the C-Class, the Prime and Progressive, make use of either a petrol or diesel engine. They are both 2.0-liter engines with the petrol engine putting out 203PS and 280Nm of torque, and the diesel putting out 194PS and 400Nm of torque. The AMG Line C300d uses the same diesel engine but it is tuned to make 245PS and 500Nm. All three engines here use a 9-speed automatic transmission. The C-Class Cabriolet uses a different 2.0-liter petrol engine that makes 258PS and 370Nm of torque. Moreover, the Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC Coupé makes use of a 3.0-litre V6 with a Biturbo (twin-turbo) setup and makes 390PS and 520Nm of torque.
