    Post sales service will haunt you.

    I am using Skoda Rapid Diesel 1.5 TDI Ambition. Drive stability, pick up, comfort and safety everything is good but when it comes to service and spare it will haunt you in dreams. Very less service centre, poor inventory of spares and non-availability of counter selling feature will add pain. A big NO for Skoda.

    Skoda - Brand - Customer Service - Pathetic

    I had bought a Skoda Rapid in November 2015 and finally received the permanent registration number in November 2016. I had to pay twice for the permanent car registration number.The customer care at Skoda is pathetic.After 100 customer calls, 100 calls to the sales head (Amit Chabbra) , 500 calls to the owner of the dealership (Satman automobiles),...ఇంకా చదవండి

    Skoda Rapid petrol - Mileage issues

    Look and Style: I bought it beacuse of this only Comfort: It has turned into discomfort by now Pickup: What is the use of such pickup if it brings you down Mileage: It is guzzler (petrol version), the company says 15 kmpl but it does not give more than 10 kmpl and only 7/8 kmpl in the town.     can not compete in its segment

    Look and Style not nice not expected from skoda atleast Comfort nice 9 lacks range car should have that much comfort Pickup nice 1.6l engine is too strong for long runs,etc Mileage not yet known  Best Features its body grip and interior Needs to improve tail portion is poor neads to be improve very much,because it have to compete ivtec,fludic,fiest...ఇంకా చదవండి
