Not sure about the Car yet, but service sucks
I saw the reviews on online portal and went to Surya Nissan , Bangalore for booking. I liked all the features. Almost comparable to Honda Amaze. July 11 , I booked the car. Colour: Turquoise Blue. Promised date of delivery was July 13 .The model was in stock. In between my loan was being processed by SBI and it took nearly two weeks. Whole amount (Including On road price, registration, insurance everything) was paid on July 27 . I was told at this time, the car got sold to somebody else who paid by cash and I will have to wait another two weeks or take another color. Note: They didn't bother to inform me, they have given my booked car to somebody else. After that, I have called them almost every week and been promised the car will arrive anytime soon. There is some manufacturing issue. Etc. etc. Today, when I checked again came to know, they still don't know when they would receive the model I had booked. In between I had received calls from CarDekho and was apprised I will be updated on September 15th. But going by the history, I don't believe I will get it anytime in next two months. I finally asked them to update me tomorrow about the latest staus or cancel it. My key pain points are 1) The dealer definitely knew there is some delay and it may take 3 months or so. They didn't inform me upfront. 2) They shouldn't have collected full payment when they knew there is going to be delay. I unnecessarily paid two months interest etc. 3) Had I waited two more months and booked now I would have got the car at a much lesser price (I didn't get a single discount because it's a new lunch) and of course peace of mind. 4) Dealer or Nissan clearly has taken me for a good ride :(

- The buying experience was greatThe buying experience was great, courteous staff, polite service and amazing support on financing. I loved the entire driving experience, the car was light on the foot and drives with one foot only. Coming from a Manual that is a simply amazing experience and I simply loved it. - Body Weight and Build Quality is bestNissan Micra, which I bought and used last 6 years and I am sharing my experience that Micra was incredible with Body weight and build quality, I ride the same 1,10,000 km and still there is no noise at all. I am using Diesel fuel option variant and still I am getting 23 km per litre mileage. that also very useful for a city and long drive. Now am confused to change my car. I did like to change my Micra. Smooth handling, more space than other cars, Dealer treat you very well and resolve you all queries. For the interior, it is as good as the exteriors. While driving you can feel the power of this hatchback. It's not the ultimate Nissan but yes it's "The NISSAN'.Fuel consumption is ok good mileage in city or highway. comfortable in drive and seat also comfortable to seat, easily adjust your driving seat, headlight, and tail lights are looking not so much good and One must choose this car if he has an average size family. A perfect engine with smart features enables and make this car pretty awesome. I find utility, comfort, economy, durability, and external shape. - Worth to buy this carI have a Nissan Micra Diesel version car. It have lots of pros and some cons. Pros: 1. Good Mileage. 2. Pickup is really nice. 3. Good Looking. 4. Nice to drive in long. 5. - Nissan Micra XV Premium DieselI have the 2011 model Micra diesel variant top end XV premium model. Superb car in the hatchback segment. Very easy and smooth to handle even on high speeds. I can drive my Micra even for 1000 km. Very comfortable to drive. Once I drove 700 km in a day. The top speed was 154 kmph but it can reach 175 kmph. The car sticks to the road even on high speed up to 130 kmph. No vibration or engine sound inside the car. It feels like a petrol vehicle in pickup. By just pressing the accelerator it keeps on going smoothly without any stress in the engine. At the high speed, the sound may be felt. It feels like more number of gear are required but up to 160 kmph the car goes on smoothly. My Micra has been driven more than 165000 km but still, it's performing like a new vehicle. Pros: 1. Handling. 2. Travel comfort. 3. High speed. 4. Vehicle stability and control in normal speed. 5. Mileage.(18 kmpl - 19 kmpl). But not specified mileage 23.08 kmpl. But its good mileage. 6. Auto AC. 7. Driver Airbag. 8. Came with CD player and speakers. 9. Steering control. 10. Auto folding rear view mirror. Cons: 1. No ABS . 2. Service cost (Expensive for middle class). 3. - Unsatisfied with the serviceHi My Nissan Micra XL has some engine issue. It gets heated up after approximately 20 kms. I gave it at Nissan showroom in Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. After a quick look, they told me that the problem was with the fan. They didn't even examine the car properly. They told me they will try a new fan and charge me only if the car's condition improves. But even after spending 7000 rupees the problem is exactly the same. In fact worse. They didn't even fit the bonnet properly.... wheel alignment is gone.....steering is vibrating. I had told them the same over the phone. Also, have e-mailed them...but they didn't even bother to reply my mail. They have completely failed. Now am fed up of this car. It has been 10 months am not able to use it. It's a waste. I will never recommend Nissan to anyone.ఇంకా చదవండి2 1

- Premium luxury hatchback with features better than 10 lac priced carsNissan Micra is a premium luxury hatchback with features better than a 10 lac priced car. It's low on maintenance and is very high on the fuel economy (mileage is as good as 26kmp on the highways in the Micra diesel). Awesome comfort features, some of them are the smart button entry on three doors including back door (without actually using key/remote), Push button start/stop, Automatic opening and folding mirrors at the start or stop and super cooling AC. Most comfortable seats and are very spacious to sit in with premium quality of interiors. In short, it's luxury at an affordable price. A value for money car and a smart decision made. - Don't buy Nissan, Parts expensive, worst Service (specially Rutu Nissan Thane)Very bad experience with Nissan India. After 2 years, it will start giving you trouble for its expensive parts. They have a very cheap quality of parts which start failing after 2 years, so make sure you buy it with an extended warranty period. It starts with push button (keyless), so you can enjoy starting/locking car without the key, but when it fails for an electric part then you will be in pain of expenses. I will give recent experience example. When I tried to start my car using the push button start and it didn't start. Nissan service center guys diagnosed the car and said that Electric Steering Lock Unit failed and we have to replace it. That part is also very expensive (cost me 45000 INR), so I asked what could be the reason for this failure of such an expensive part. They said that might didn't get sufficient voltage due to the battery issue. That answer didn't satisfy me because the flat battery can happen anytime and it doesn't mean that it should screw such an expensive part within 3 years of the life of a car. And one more thing is that my car went for service in Ritu Nissan service center, Thane just 15/20 days before. Then during service why they couldn't identify any battery issue if there was any.Now I am afraid of touching that push button which can fail electronic parts and scarier when I will drive my car to any remote place and this situation happens because after this failure your car will not start by giving even jump start.
