The Innova Crysta in the king of MPV's in India for more than a decade, the simple reasons being due to the third row of seats and comfort it offers and also the fact that it has bulletproof reliability. If you need a family car which can also be used to go vacation the Innova is a perfect choice. Well, the Innova has its share of compromises as well it doesn't get the latest technology ( apple car play, android auto, auto-dimming IRVM, heated OVRM's, not so fluid infotainment system and a whole lot of other features which are offered in cars lower than its price) but being said that you don't buy an Innova for its features but the sheer comfort it offers ( the last row of seats are only meant for children adults will have a hard time adjusting in the third row, but it offers better comfort in the third row than any of its rivals) the Innova also has a low maintenance cost for a car that big. If you plan on buying the automatic, the torque converter isn't the smoothest its no DSG but it is leagues ahead of CVT and AMT's. To wind it up the Innova is the best MPV in India and a perfect choice for an MPV under 28 lakhs.
