Tata Tiago NRG

Tata Tiago NRG is good but I am not satisfied with the overall performance of the car. It is giving a mileage of around 12km/ltr in city and 16 around on the highway. I expected a lot more than this plus the suspension of the car is very stiff. I told this issue at the service center but no outcome. I am not sure if other users are also facing the same problem.
