Crouching Jaguar

Hi all, I have been owing and driving Jaguar XF from 2018 September. I would like to be unbiased in my review so that everyone will get benefit out of this. Pros: 1. Jaguars engine: Engine is a beast and its an absolute pleasure to self-drive this machine as it propels like a rocket esp in the dynamic mode( try with traction off and on pedal shifts). Even the crouching Jaguar's engine is lovable and anyone will love it. 2. Looks and the feel of the car are great. It's long and luxurious to look from outside. Neither Mercedes nor Audis has this charisma. 3. Steering control and the firmness is placid. 4. It's roomy inside and the leg room on the back is sumptuous. 5. Meridian Audio is crisp and cyrstalic. Cons: 1. Getting in and out is an hassle as I am 6ft, it's very difficult to hop in and hop off. 2. There is no luxury feel from the back seat. It's pretty ordinary. 3. Boot lid is a crap to close. You have to bang every time to close(NO auto lid button) when you go to hotels and they check the boot, it's inevitable to say that driver have to get down to close again. 4. Ambient lighting in other competitors and way better than Jaguar. 5. No Apple car play and the MMI is not that great. ex. We have to manually select the AUX or radio or phone button while connecting the phone in the USB slot. Verdict: Personally, I love the presence of the car in the crowd, without a doubt its a head turner. The Speed, agility and driving pleasure is absolutely gorgeous. If any one has any doubts on debating to either go for other competitors my advice would be if you a self driver loves to drive this beast then buy and have fun. It's a dream toy to drive. If you are a back seat passenger, then don't.
