Feature or bug in music system

I have recently encountered an issue in Ford Ecosport where the volume of the media center (music system) goes down to zero while using it along with navigation and then comes back to normal. When contacted dealer Shivalik Ford, Pune they took more than 7 days to reproduce the issue and after that, they come up saying its a feature. The same explanation was given by Ford as well over mail. But when I asked for its details in user manual Ford is unable to provide that. None of the user manuals in Ford mentioned about this feature which is a bit strange. A big Company like FORD will definitely work on paperwork if they are introducing some new feature. Neither the dealer is aware of this feature nor its mentioned in the user manual. How come a customer should believe if it is really a feature or some bug in the system
