Look and Style - Good, looks quite sporty Comfort - Bad Pickup - Average Mileage - Very poor Best Features - Appearance is the only thing that makes it a powerful vehicle Needs to improve - everything, Company is required to work on seats, comfort, mileage and many more things. The company should recall all the cars with pathetic performances Overall Experience FIAT India has the worst customer feedback and redressal department. The company could not even sorted out the manufacturing and paint mismatch issues from the date of its purchase, which is 3 years from now. Numerous calls were made to their toll free number and corporate office number (available online), and emails were sent, but not a single acknowledgement yet. This may be the reason why FIAT has never succeeded nor will suceed as a good vehicle brand in India.
