    Isn't it mandatory for a car maker to provide provision for front fog lamps in BS6? What is the rule regarding this?

    As of now, we have not come across to any such rules. However, the design of the car is the same in all the variants, what differs is only the feature. So might be that is the reason the base variants of the car have provision to fit the fog lamps.
