Engine performance

The vehicle has one irritation problem. When you try to start in first gear or try to take reverse gear in the city traffic, the car will embarass you and will invaribly lead to the engine coming to halt. Many times it will create knocking sound and the whole engine will shake. Once you come out of this bad patch the car will behave properly. The compay can solve this problem but not willing to do so.
